I'm a freelance artist, born in Greenwich and raised in the North East. I've always been a lover of most art, but mainly surrealism.
One of my greatest inspirations is Zdislaw Besinski, who carried on with his works with such passion despite the harshes that life had thrown at him.
I enjoy nothing more than escaping reality and creating works of my own, and often achieve this with all kinds of media including: Charcoal, Graphite, Various Pastels, Water Colours, Oils, Acrylics, Clay and anything else I may find useful.

What has changed in the world of art in recent years:

It's becomming quite bland, too many artists are trying to justify timeless wastes of gallery space with ridiculous meanings. Which is why I much prefer Surealism, because it's often based upon the dream or hallucinogenic states of mind. Therefore Surrealist works really do stand out and can be appreciated for their originality, quirky oddities, eerie beauties, and quality.
